For Customers
Use the search bar on the homepage. Enter your pincode or area name, select a service category, and click Search. You'll see all verified providers near you.
Yes! Searching and contacting service providers is completely free for customers. Simply register a free account to chat, save providers, and write reviews.
Visit a provider's profile page. You can call them directly, send a WhatsApp message, use the in-app chat, or send an enquiry form — all from the profile page.
All providers are reviewed by our admin team before being approved. They must submit valid ID proof during registration. Look for the "Approved" badge on profiles.
Yes. Click the heart icon on any provider's profile or card to save them to your bookmarks. Access them anytime from My Dashboard → Saved Providers.
Visit the provider's profile page and scroll to the Reviews section. You must be logged in as a customer to submit a review. You can rate from 1–5 stars.
For Service Providers
Click "Register as Provider" on the homepage. Fill in your details, select your service categories, choose a subscription plan, and submit. Our team will review and approve your account within 24 hours.
New providers get a 7-day free trial. Your profile will be listed and visible to customers during this period. After the trial ends, you must choose a paid subscription plan or your account will be deactivated.
Your account will be temporarily deactivated and your profile will not appear in search results. Log in and go to Subscription to choose a paid plan. An admin can reactivate your account once payment is confirmed.
We accept Razorpay (credit/debit card, net banking, wallets), UPI direct transfer (scan QR or pay to our UPI ID), and cash payment (contact admin directly). Payment methods are subject to availability.
Our team reviews new registrations within 24 hours on working days. You'll receive a notification once your account is approved.
Yes! During registration or from your profile, you can select multiple categories. Each new category you add requires admin approval separately.
Customers search by location (pincode or area) and category. Make sure your profile has a complete bio, accurate pincode, clear photos, and updated availability to rank higher.
You'll get notifications for new enquiries. Access them from Provider Dashboard → Enquiries. You can call or WhatsApp the customer directly from the enquiry.
